By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal and business information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contract. General retention guidelines are as follows:

  • Client engagement records: Retained for seven (7) years following the close of the engagement to satisfy tax, audit, and legal requirements.
  • Correspondence and support records: Retained for three (3) years following the close of the engagement.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in aggregate or anonymized form for up to twenty-four (24) months.
  • Marketing contact data: Retained until you opt out or request deletion, whichever occurs first.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, information is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with industry-standard data disposal practices.

5. Data Security

Ventaris Technology Group implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security measures include:

While we employ industry-leading security practices, no system is entirely immune to risk. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored on electronic systems.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.

  • Right to Portability: Request transfer of your data to another controller in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
